As others have said, turbo street outlaw, but that really doesn't tell you any more about the cars

. This is a heads-up class run on a pro starting tree for stage II powered regals weighing about 3500 lbs and limited to a single 88 mm turbo. Started at the GS Nats a few years ago and now there is a points series and about 5 or 6 races at different tracks through the summer and fall, with a racer's top 3 finishes counting towards their points. The class record is 8.48 by Ted A. last October at Cecil Co., unless someone went quicker at the Nats this year. Dave Fiscus went 8.33 at Norwalk but the scales weren't working so I don't think it is the "official" record. While I'm typing, TSM is turbo steet modified, basically the same thing for stock block motors and 70 mm turbos, with the record in the 9.teens.
