How is a TT 5.7 chip affected if there are no 3 /4 gear signals?

It doesn't affect much, as it uses MPH for most functions.

My trans showed up with no wires connected to the plug. WTF? I was concerned about timing and boost scaling in 3rd and 4th gear. So I asked Eric the sames thing. I was glad to hear his chips don't rely on 3rd and 4th gear switches. I'm an happy camper!
