They are stock & unmodified.
It would probably would not be a good idea to port these rare heads.
Casting # 515 heads are available if you search hard enough.They come from
86-89 fwd cars [I believe] and are the same as the #702 casting.They are not the rare heads.I have owned [6] sets of these[#515] in the past.There was a time when you could buy these {nos} for around $300.
Steve Kaminsky,a famous hybrid modifier may still have some.The ones I bought were brand new/never used.

Hang on to them in 7 to 10 years when someone is looking to do a resto they'd bring a pretty penny. Kaminski does do some fine porting I can vouch for that. Here's a pic of what my heads looked like when I had my last TTA.
If I own another I may have him do another set. Downside is the time it takes to get em done......
