I used the FM bearings, especially made for the turbo motor, and they work fine. There isn't alot of choices for cam bearings, as far as hardness goes.
The 204-214 cam is great cam with GN1s. Don't think you need 1.65 rockers with this cam. It already has a lot of lift, and the 1.65s put more stress on the valve train/cam etc.....
I used the Fel Pro 1026 headgaskets, the ones recommended, and they have held up great for years. Torqued to 85-90'#s
Can't comment on pistons except to say, make sure the comp ratio is correct, you don't want to leave anything on the table, so to speak. What's the weight of the pistons,, JE vs TTA?
FWIW...If you have aftermarket headers, I'd pre-fit them to the heads, as there are little bosses under the exhaust ports that interfer on some headers......
