Tuning numbers and readings

Trying to get my car running good before going for a real tune.
Here is my info at idle.
All advise is welcome on what to do.

I installed a new o2 sensor last year and it was driven twice.

o2 volts fluctuating ---------- .19 - .85
o2 cross counts fluctuating ----- 3 - 19
TPS ---------------------------------- .36
MAF fluctuating ----------- 004 - 005
INT fluctuating ------------ 135 -150
BLM -------------------------------- 160
LV8 fluctuating --------------- 24 -27
IAC ----------------------------------- 51

from looking at your scan, you didnt list coolant temperature, was the car fully warmed up? Also it appears you have vacuum leak with the BLM maxed out.

temp was at 180 closed loop

Vacuum leak, check. I'll try to find it tomorrow.

Fuel pressure was only at 39 lbs with the vacuum line off. i set it at 43 lbs

I sprayed CRC Brake Kleen on all vacuum lines, TB, Plenum and intake and the engine never missed a beat.

readings changed a bit but there is still an issue.

Check for a pre-turbo exhaust leak. That was one thing in my case driving up BLM. Seems to be a fairly common issue.

I don't think there is an exhaust leak but i will look again.
I ordered a new Denso 234-1001 O2 sensor $23
GM wants $74 for a new AC delco
