I had his 9.5" 3021 in my GN. I don't know one person who bought his converter and wasn't happy with it. The support you get before and after the purchase is excellent as well.
thanks for the input. I had my transmission rebuilt earlier this year by parts from him and put a art Carr non lockup in my car and hated it. Went from running 115 mph with the d5 to 110 with the non lockup. And I also drive mine on the street a couple times a month and was barely getting 12 mpg down from 18 mpg with the d5.
I will be getting a 3021 from him very soon. I like to retain lockup and Dave has taught me a lot over the phone. Him and Bison got you covered engine/tranny wise LOL...

I agree about the lockup. I went non lockup this spring and don't like it. Maybe if it was a trailered race car. But not a half street and half strip car. I did confirm it is the 3021 that we talked about.
