Turbo decisions

Looking to purchase a new turbo. Engine was originally built for the old school PT7080H. Car will be street driven. Now considering the new school 71HPQH, but wonding if the 67HPQH would be better on the street? Alumin heads port and polished intake as well,roller cam, 3800 NL/AC convertor. Costume built engine. Is their much differents between the two mentioned above?

I wouldn't think a converter that loose will be that fun on the street just get the 71 with a ball bearing and run a tighter converter.
