She's alive! Idle seems good still on cold start but goosing the throttle it's rich as all get out lol. Saw a big fire ball shoot out my bumper. For the side exhaust I used a 3" magna flow straight threw muffler and it sounds REAL good like this. Much quieter than I thought it'd be. Uploading video to my fb page I'll link in a bit for those that want to hear it.

Took it to the track tonight and made 2 passes and done what tuning I could. On 10psi spring only the car went 7.39 @ 100 mph 2200rpm launch and 1.98 60'. 2nd pass hooked the boost controller up that made 15psi with the 6262 and adjusted it -10 clicks that would put me at 12-13psi, activated 2 step for 2800rpm and had timing advance 5* from 2500-3000rpm ( about 20* retard). Got it to stage and up on the 2 step it started popping and built 5psi rather quickly and started to push so I let it roll out red lighting. Glanced over at the boost gauge and it pegged my 20psi gauge and af was 13.5. Got some knock so let out of it.

I've got some work to do on this car over the winter. My main priority is to ditch this returnless fuel system. running 2x 255's and the pressure on the rail was 25 a couple frames. Fuel pump duty cycle was mid 80's though so there is plenty pump so something else is going on. Got to look at battery voltage to see if that's the culprit. More than likely the driver modules are going bad.

Fuel was 70/30 110/93 non ethanol pump gas. I had intentions on getting boost up to 15psi but got a head ache and didn't feel like working on the car any more tonight so called it quits for now. I'll make the switch and return the fuel this winter and try it again next spring.

It seems this s366 is making about 480 rwhp on 10psi on my motor with no timing in it at all. Some issues I need to address before I crank it up on the controller. Fuel system upgrade is in progress. Building a sump for the 255's to ride in to prevent fuel slosh from hard launch. New feed is -8 from pumps to rail and return is -8 from rail to factory feed and -8 from pumps to where the oem filter was. Making a custom fuel hat also. Putting a drain plug in the bottom of the sump to make it easier to switch to vp 110 fuel. Here is where I'm at so far.

Awesome work man! Been watching to see your results. 480who at 10PSI is BAD ASS. I will be looking into this turbo for my future 4.1 build!

Thanks man! 480 is just a guess for it to run 100mph in the 8th. One big difference is being able to spin it much higher where this cam wants to make power. Engine load is peaking around 6100rpm so I'm going to try and shift around 6400rpm.

Got my return fuel conversion done in the engine bay. I was not happy with the color scheme I had previous where I used the red paint (I got free) on the lower intake and front cover so I striped it all down and painted it with silver ceramic engine enamel I got from advance. Also painted my valve covers and upper with wrinkle black. Did some wire tucking but not yet finished. Also installed a ford racing girdle. Anyways here is a pic of the engine compartment currently.
