Turbo noises at low boost flutter sound

Between 6 to 12 psi part throttle mine has always made this fluttering noise kinda loud and worse in cool weather too. More throttle and it goes away and the car runs fine through all this stuff. Wondering if I'm hurting anything.

Probably not hurting anything.... but you're defiantly not helping anything by doing it. Do you have a front mount and/or huge post-turbo piping?

Yep.

The alky does it on a TE44. I have mine down to where it only does it between 12-15psi, but that's as good as I can get it.
