Turbo question

I run a used set of 42lb and tt chip. With decent traction, good gas and good air high 12s with all stock parts on a good running engine. I've seen high elevens with a stock turbo, but this owner had some other mods and knew how to drive.

I went 13.70s with a K&N cone filter through a catalytic converter on street tires in my loaded GN. The K&N was the ONLY mod.
