I can answer a few questions.....I dealt with Fred Vetter in the very beginning as our lst GN was a test bed for various new products some that worked and some that didn't. I was a frequent customer of his even had one of the very lst sets of the M & A Casting aluminum heads which Ted Wayman (sp) out of Michigan did super nice guy also.
Fred did retired years ago to sunny Florida near or in Ft Myers....I ran into years ago at the track at Bradenton Ford event I believe....sadly he did lose his wife Donna to cancer few years back....
I did talk to him by phone back when Trey Crease (0-60) passed away....seems that is the only time us old timers reach out to each other to note someone we knew passed away.
I know its the cycle of life enjoy the moments.....
and remember as my Dad always would say "Your Health is your Wealth').........

Years ago I did visit with Kenny Duttweiler as his shop in California....also a super nice unassuming guy.....with enormous skills with power trains as long as you got the money..
I knew all these guys back in the day......
Buddy Cox brought his tricked GNX to our airbase events........probably had the lst modified GNX in the country.....some of our parts made it to his car.....Conley came one year with his car....as did Lloyd of the original Bowling Green customs.....also the AVC guys installed the GNX dashes while you waited....originally called I believe quality engineering.....think the dashes where like $600 as we used to sell them.
I member counting 98 GNs bumper to bumper at the one airbase show....never duplicate that again......Molly was there at both airbase events one year for the GTO crowd we had Davy Jones who since then passed away.. Other year Ronny of Ronny and the Daytonas who had the hit record GTO back in the day....he never owned a GTO by the way but cashed in on the GTO for sure. Had I been smarter I would have invited John Delorean for the GTO crowd heck he lived in NJ.....had I known....Molly for the GN and Delorean for the GTO that would have been a real catch....
I know there were many others....neat to say I was part of the group lacked all the skills those guys had but nevertheless carved out a mail order business.
