Turn signal inop, change fuse under dash

Hello, my turn signal stop working the other day. I changed the fuse under the dash, that was not it. My question is their another fuse or relay for the turn signal? Also the flasher will come on.

The bulb works, it comes on when i turn on the em flashers.

It could be front or rear. When a bulb goes, they don't flash. Front and rear do illuminate both directions? Not talking about the dashboard.

I forgot to mention the signal lights on the dash do not come on either.

the flasher is buried up under the dash somewhere.. i forget where, exactly, but there is one for the turn signals and another for the hazards..

It is under the dash to the right of the steering column.
