I bought a Pioneer brand TV cable from Autozone tonight for $14.

It was made in israel.

Im curious as to what quality the napa brand is...
I plan on replacing this as soon as possible and i want the best quality because these apparently get worn out and stretched.

The napa version is $25

Should i go ahead and use this one i just bought from autozone?
Does it even make a difference?
Did i just make a useless thread?

I can tell you the Napa one wont work......too short......

damn... im looking at the cable i bought from autozone.. it looks like it could be too short.

exactly where is the hookup on the tranny located?

by the looks of the length it should be on the top of the tranny.. lol

i tryed the after market one's and they dont really work. now i only buy from the dealer. $70.00 but worth it.

Pioneer is too short. Won't work. The only one that Im aware of actually working is the OEM.. I tried and found this out first hand..

you know the length of the cable i need going to a 200c?

the one i bought looks like 32"-35" long. I dont think thats long enough.

Advance sells different lengths, napas is 37" long..

hell id hate to rip it out and not be able to replace it because i cant find teh right length.

so... anyone know?

I threw my too short aftermarket one away so I can't measure it. Id get a GM one and forget it.. That way your 100% sure it will fit.. It it is close but not quite right you risk damaging the trans with a tv setting that is incorrect..
