Ok, it not appears my TV cable isn't the problem as I had previously thought, but perhaps the valve in the transmission? Is this a replacement type deal like the TCC Solenoid? I can completely remove the TV cable and it still shifts and performs under light acceleration as if I were under hard acceleration. There was one time when I seemed to be in proper adjustment, but it wasn't on the indents and under WOT it shifted out of position. Almost seems like the valve is sticking...
When I pull the cable when it's removed there is little to no tension until the 3/4 throttle position. This is also coinciding with a nonoperational converter lockup. Since I"m going to have to pull the pan and look at that solenoid anyways, what should I look for on the TV valve?
Thanks as always,
James
