Typhoon #001?

Guys:

Just came across the remains of what I'm told is GMC Typhoon #001. I did not check the serial number, but the source of the info is credible.

It appears to have been a GM test mule that was completely dismantled once the testing was completed. Sadly all that's left is a body shell mounted to casters to allow it to be moved around. Body shell is weathered but solid.

Not sure if it can be saved, but could probably be purchased very reasonably. Seems like a rather historic find.

Is the shell any different than the regular engine one?

Not sure if the basic shell is different, aside from the Typhoon serial numbers. If this is in fact the first Typhoon, could be worth saving from the crusher.

I'm working to get the serial number as we speak. I may purchase it just to ensure that it escapes the crusher - plenty of room here in our warehouse..
