Under dash wiring question

I am working on a friends '87 GN That has been in storage for the last 4 years. I found something kind of odd under the dash.
This connector was taped over, when I uncovered it I found this.


I wasn't able to find anything that it might have originally plugged into.
Does anyone know what this is? Is it stock? was it added for some other mod??

That might be the plug for the lock up at the brake peddle.......not sure though

Theft deterrent diode, tape it back up.
