I picked up this Turbo in a trade and just got down testing it out.
It appears to be a PT61 Turbo?
No in and out shaft play or issues.
60:1 Compressor with Garrett Housing.
Modified T350 Turbine
3" Inlet and 2" Outlet
Standard Adjustable Wastegate is Included.

It looks like a modified t350 turbine but I did not take it apart to verify.

Yes very similar to a TE60.
