Valve stem seals and clearance

Can you say if NAPA valves you mentioned are stainless? and $? My machineshop fools put in SB International valves, which I called SBI and they are, at least, a specific part # used only for turbo and supercharged Series 2 engines.

I opened this thread in-time , was going to machine the guides for seals , but are seals necessary on the exhaust side?

The exhaust valves have a groove below the keeper that keeps oil out of the guide, but if you're going with a higher lift cam you need to go with the exhaust valves from the TTA that don't have a groove in them. Then you cut the guides to the nub and add seals and no more problem.
