VDO gauge cluster

I have a VDO gnx style gauge cluster. Complete with wiring harnesses that plugs into stock connector .It will need a oil pressure sending unit . I really don't want to sell but need funds to complete my stage project $550 shipped.

Does this require a sensor for the ecm to read speed or does this provide the signal to the ecm?

Truthfully I'm not sure about that . I have a different setup as it is I'm running a th400 with a electronic speed sensor that goes into a speedometer calibrator that can convert any signal to what every .

There should be a sensor that T's into the speedo cable under the master cylinder.

I do not have the speedometer sensor or oil pressure / temp sending units. I just looked them up eBay has them for around 40-60$ for all 3

what about a bezel? do you have to cut the original?

You can cut yours or I have one that I was going to use . I added another hole bottom right where my EGT setup was going to be . I can include this bezel.

VDO made this ?? It was a kit that you where able to purchase back in the day. I believe it sold for over $1000 brand new . Here are some more pics
