w/gate in Exh housing>

I had recently saw a pic of one in someones post ..external gate coming off the side of exh housing... Who makes that? ..any other info ?

built into exh housing ,ext gate...maybe was a turbonetics?

maybe i need to get out more..but ,i rarely see this style wastegate in the ex.housing used ..are there draw backs ..are they efficient?
