Wanted information proper Startup non-started for 2 years?

I have read about techniques for starting up car after not being started regarding setting cam sensor before cranking over.
Question about fuel and fuel pump also and looking for advice on any other best practices to follow to insure proper firing up motor.

drain and replace all fluids in vehicle, (coolant, oil, trans fluid, and the fuel) fresh fuel filter, spark plugs, and plug wires wouldnt hurt.

disconnect the ECM wire before cranking the motor, and crank it till the oil light in the dash goes off, turn off key, reconnect ecm and fire it up
