Water Pump Bolts

I was wondering real quick, do the the longer bolts for the water pump that go all the way to the block get torqued down to 22ft.lbs, or are they torqued down to 115 inch lbs. as well?

Those are timing chain cover bolts. If that's the torque value for TC cover bolts, than that is the right torque.
