Ok, I see some people running an underdrive pulley for the water pump for more flow. I know about the whole "if your cooling system is doing what it's suppsed to be doing you shouldn't need one." idea, but I'm just here wondering why and how it all works. Does it work? Does it induce any real parasitic loss on the engine?
