Weird white line on turbo

Opened hood at a car show today and noticed this weird white line across the turbo. When wiped it kinda smears like paint. Any ideas what it could be from?

turbo ejaculation...LOL ....something could have spit...lol ....seriously...you sure it wasn't white grease? from somewhere.

X2 I have the same line on mine never there till I used Anti-seize
