What Boost Should I Run

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE ON THE CAR
Tomco 32# w/street chip what kind (unknown)
Walboro 340 hot wired
bosch 237 FR set at 40 psi idle
intake, test pipe with dump, 2.5 inch exhaust with flowmaster.
TA 61 w/ stock intercooler
big maxcool trans cooler
boost gauge


What boost can I run safely on 93 OCT.
Going to switch to 009's or 50lb when time and money permits

Very low! You basically have stock injectors with a turbo capable of going 10's. You need 50's minimum! Keep an eye on your Scanmaster or EGT (you do have one of these don't you?) until you get 50's or bigger.

You have to much turbo for those 32 pound injectors. I'd say try running 13-14psi and see if you get any knock. You'll be lucky if you can run more (safe).

Every car is different so who knows.

Been running 11-12 just to be safe until i can get some 50# or 009's.

All I want is low 11's made high 10's.

should i just get the 50# or 009'S will do?

I have the same question what boost should i run? 87 Gn just had exhaust done up with a test pipe & 3" down pipe. 38# inj. dutt. intercooler neck street chip 340 hotwired What should i set the fuel presure at ? Thanks for any info you can give.

If it is a stock turbo you can pretty much max it out in the 22 PSI range with the fuel you have but again keep an eye on O2, EGT and knock. Now if you have a 61 you are probably safe in the 17-18 PSI range but keep tabs on it and go super fat and work your way backwards. Better to be safe than sorry!

TRY A 3 TO 1 XYLENE MIX. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RUN MORE BOOST.GET A POWER PLATE IT WILL HELP.
I'M RUNNING 26#'S OF BOOST ON THE STREET WITH XYLENE MIX & POWERPLATE.
