what is the beast brand of IAC to buy?

I've not needed to change mine but my buddy got a Haltech IAC valve and hasn't had any issues in the 3 years he's had it. Pricey, though.

He's one of those "best of everything" guys when it comes to his Buick.

I usually buy them off ebay at a very good price. They don't go bad often but over time they do. The last time i looked into buying one which was about 6 years ago Autozone had them with a lifetime warranty.

Standard Blue Streak or Napa and they are the same. Most of there stuff is still made in North America

My original was fine except the part that locked the connector in place and I was tired of jury rigging a wire tie to keep in place. Got an AC Delco and so far so good.
