What is this cam???

I was sent this cam card from a TR owner. Does anyone know what it is? I do not know enough about cam selection so I am asking here for him. What little I do know tells me this is a big jump in cam size from stock??? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

That is leaps and bounds from stock.

Certainly not a stock upgrade, but would be OK in a modified build for a street engine.

Cams need to really be selected for a specific build to maximize performance an efficiency.

I personally have never done a build where I would want to use that cam, street or strip?

Even with my limited knowledge I am wondering why that cam was put in. He is running a stock converter and turbo. Car is making no power 13.8 @ 98mph!
