What is this car worth?

It's an 86 GN with T tops. Car was repainted and the paint now has scratches and some small chips, it's missing the pass. side mirror, interior has upholstery issues as evidenced by the duct taped seat, window seals look dry rotted, paint has scratches in it, door has a new small dime sized dings in it, spoiler looks faded, the first time I saw the car all of the filler panels were gone but since then he took some krylon and some repop filler panels and fixed that issue. Odometer reads 24XXX, I'm guessing it's turned over at least once. Seller wants $9500 for it. Is this worth it?

You really need to get in and under the car to look for rust, prior collision damage & the correct transmission. Look under the T-tops, the door bottoms, trunk lid bottom edge, rocker panels and the frame.

Look at the SPID label under the trunk lid, make sure the VIN matches and see if it has G80 posi. Then you need to scrutinize the engine compartment. Is it stock, modified, running smoothly, etc?

Only then can you determine what's reasonable cost-wise.
