Invest in the stock market only if you know what you're doing. IMO the main problem with the SM is that you can end up with Zero. Buy something Tangible.
Buy 3 $100,000 buildings with no qualify 20% down interest only loans.
Rent them with at least a small positive cash flow.
Take the appreciation in 5 years+.
