What lifters too use for hot air motor

GM lifters are out of the question at about 10.00 bucks a piece and that is with a so called shop discount, so, what other choices do we have in a quality USA made lifter.

I'm not real sure what's available in quality lifters these days,but I know the hotair lifters are the same as the 86/87s.

I'm running Gene's old MM 208 cam/lifters from his stock block in my hotair.

You making it over to turbo thunder this year?

I'm not gonna be able to make it this year,I'm in the middle of a house remodel and I've got a baby due at the end of august.

Hope to have my blow thru twin turbo big block rolling in my '65 Plymouth for next year.
