Heres my car... *mods since pics: 3" Custom Intake, Ported Big 16g turbo, evo III manifold, and home done ported and polished heads.. DSMlink, it ran a 7,88 @ 59 mph in the 1/8th (transbroke apart close to the end, guts laying everywere lol I got scared at the huge jerking and slamed on the brakes.).

Im not sure what the HP is, but im gonna say 375hp to the wheels. thats a guess...

Shes been down for a month or more.

now that is a car!!! does what's under the hood match the hood? or is it a 326?

All original WZ 400 4spd Regimental Red hardtop, nose emblem is missing because the front bumper was replaced in the 70's , the car was painted in 1979, and the interior is all original. Look at those 40 year old seats:eek:

Motor was reringed in the early 70's and never been back out. It runs and drives perfect. Last year i drove it 5 days straight back and forth to work 40 mile round trip.

I cant justify fully restoring the car, its only had one repaint and the original paint is underneath. If i paint the car, then the original interior will look outdated. Gonna leave it as a survivor car and just leave it alone.

Jim,

What's up with the 4-eyed fox-body in your pic??

K.

That one ended up with a turbocharged 302 (FRPP Sprortsman block even though there are folks that say that block won't handle it for long he has been doing it now for two years.) setup with a blow-through carb and a rolerized C-4 w/a brake. Lots of nice suspension stuff (Wolfe Racecraft) on it as well. Got the motor, tranny, suspension, fuel system and cage in it but before I could finish it someone offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I see it at the track and know the gent that bought it. I runs mid 9's and he drives it everywhere as it is very much a TRUE street car complete with A/C and P/S. I recently finished a customers Mustang. We installed a Viper 6 speed, 331, custom gauge cluster, interior, flares, mini tubs and LARGE 18-in rims for a Pro-Touring theme that may be featured in an upcoming edition of Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords from what he tells me. I wish him the best with it. Our next project is a 1970 Lemans that will feature a 12-1400-HP blown 400. Mr. Closson wants to try and take the stock production Pontiac block record which he says is a high-8. The 48 you see is in the process of getting a Fatman frame, Air Ride suspension and turbocharged 3800. Lots of fun stuff. :D

WOW How long has the pics of my charger been posted and no slams on the hood must not be a mopar site. Those guys are hard core mopar and my car is junk because the hood. I think i have a side shot

I'd love to see it w/o the hood as well, but its your car, and its still very nice, its one of my dream vehicles, 68/69 Charger. Different strokes for different folks as far as the hood goes..... I am just glad its not orange.
