.116 wall with a tapered ball end, although I ran the 1203's with 1.55 rockers at about .587 lift and the .080 wall comps were holding up. Cant go wrong with smith bros either as that's what I run now.

The .110 Wall trend pushrods are what we recommend with those springs we can usually get them in one day if you have a measurment

per Trend web site

TXXX1055 5/16" .105 wall 7” to 9.8" $15.37 210-degree clearance radius ends standard

I just ordered some from Smith Brothers

8.025 5/16ths 210* ends
.116 wall

They were $169 for 12 plus shipping.
Seems to be on par with Trends pricing.

5116 is the one I ordered, the 210* ends might be different

I wonder if a .120 wall can be used in a 5/16 while still maintaining the proper oil hole size thru the pushrod?

If those numbers are accurate as opposed to rated the orifice will be 72-1/2 thou.

I run the same .116 wall 5/16ths in my motor and I have plenty of oil going through the T and D rockers. The pushrods I ordered from Smith Brothers on Monday came in today. Thats fast. From Oregon to Louisiana in 3 days. I figured it would be Friday at the earliest.
