What stall to get now?

I'm sending my stall back to Precission to get changed.It is a 9.5 3200 stall 5 disk lock up and I think I should go with the 3600 or the 3800 stall.It is a zero pump btw.What do you guys think?It'sa weekend car and the odd visit to the track.Your help is appreciated.

3600 stall (or "6" pump) worked best with my TE-45....I have a "0" pump in there now and don't like it much......why did I switch, you ask.....because the clutches locked up on the 3600 and wouldn't unlock...Precision fixed it under warranty
