What's it worth?

I know where a virgin 3.8 splayed caps and 14 bolt headed stage block is for sale. The sucky thing is that all of the caps vanished. So what's this thing worth without the caps? I know Pro-gram engineerings sells them. Thanks

The early Stage II blocks I've owned had stepped registers for the center main caps. I don't know if the Program Engineering caps will fit. There aren't any pics that I saw on their website. As far as what the block is worth, 3.8 Stage blocks are prone to cracking and that should be taken into consideration with the fact that the main caps are missing.

I have a set of stepped center caps from a offcenter block. If you need them send a PM.

If you get the block it will need to be line bored. A good machinist will charge you anywhere from $300-$500 to get this done......plus the caps and studs.
