I think my tranny been starting to slip more and more just by the feel of the shifts, and my 1/4 times have started slipping too, getting slower each trip to the track.
But what I noticed tonight was on my Direct Scan recordings, viewing it in "scope" mode, the rpms no longer have sharp peaks on the graph but are rounded, and at the shift points, the rpms aren't dropping as much.
Its got 52k original miles, and never been into except normal fluid/filter changes every 15k or so, and those are hard 52k miles, I only drive when I want to go fast :)
Does this definitely look like a slipping transmission?

Short answer...yes.

The rounded peaks on DS are from the slipping, instead of snapping into gear it just kinda eases into gear letting the engine stay at a higher RPM longer.
