Where is the location of the OBD1 port for a scan tool?

Hello. Installed a Kirban 3" downpipe, high flow cat, 160 degree thermostat, new plugs, K&N 9" filter and intake pipe and lastly blue top 42lb injectors from Cottons. Car did have a super chip in it prior to mods. Just put a Turbo Tweak chip from Cottons to match the injectors. The check engine light is on. Under throttle it did go off a few times and then came back on. Any idea on what could trip this combo with the light? Where is the location of the OBD 1 port for the scan tool? I heard this was under the radio? Thanks for any help you can offer!

under the dash, between the steering column and radio.
us a paper clip as a jumper between the 2 terminals on the far right of the top row, turn on the key (but don't start the engine) and count how often the check engine light flashes to get the codes.

Thanks, I am getting check engine code number 22...any ideas on how to fix this???

Code number 22....any thoughts on a simple fix?

Code 22 is for the TPS adjustment.
