where online to buy turbos?

I've searched but I need your direct feedback. Im looking to buy stock 87 GN and it is going to need a turbo. I see TA49 and TE44 are the ones of choice for mild modded TRs.

Where online can I compare the prices for thee 2 turbos.
Where did you guys get yours from?

just about any vendor on the home page of this site sells them.

click that link in the top left corner of your screen that says "HOME" and there will be a long list of vendors. surf through them just about everyone carries those turbos.

okay maybe I should have said who is the BEST and CHEAPEST to deal with that TR owners would go back to, if they had to do it again.

Best and cheapest don't always match up. I got my TE-44 from Precision over 3 years ago and have had many many 1/4 mile blasts at high - 25# - boost with no issues. I will look to them again when it is time for an upgrade.

Limit Engineering is a fantastic vendor to deal with. There are several vendors on tb.com that carry Limit's turbo's, or you can call Limit direct.

I have a TA-49 with less than 500 miles on it complete with actuator- $500. could meet halfway into new jersey or exit #6 whichever is closer.
