Where to buy Direct Clutch Backing/Pressure/Apply Plate?

Looking for a Direct Clutch Pressure Plate (4.50mm)

Supposedly this is the GM part number: GM #8632570

However I'm having a hard time locating one.

Wondering if any of you guys know where to buy an individual plate that isn't part of a $100+ friction kit.
