Where to find up to date TSM Rules?

I found the 08 rules here. Turbo Street Modified
And I read about some rule changes on the TSM forum at t6p.com.

Is there a complete up to date set of rules somewhere? I'm seriously considering building my car for this class and want to make sure I'm following right set of rules.
