Where to get oem headers welded and coated?

I got the bad news that both my driver side and passenger side headers are cracked. :frown: I have no idea how to weld, so I want someone who is experienced with welding turbo buick headers to do the job. Possibly weld the Poston pipes together too. I don't have a problem sending out the pipes, the car is going to be sitting for the next 4 months. So could I get some names of people/shops that I could send my headers and crossover to for the welding? Could I also get an "average" price that this should cost me?

I suggest you look around in your area for an aircraft certified welding shop. They tend to be versed in a variety of welding techniques and materials. I also find that the quality of welder (actual person) is better too as they mainly weld stainless and titanium. I used one and they did a fantastic job. If I remember correctly they charged me about $40

I have a welder in staten island that just welded up two sets of headers for $65. also did all around each tube on the flange. if you want to send it to me i ll make sure it gets done and i ll ship them back to you.
