who wears the "3.8 SFITURBO" emblems?

Hi folks!!

I realize the car comes with then but...

I am kind of a sleeper-car type of guy and will probably leave them off when I get the car painted (some time this century). If you car was repainted did you put them back on?

I am curious becasue I read some of these kill/fish stories and it seems the people who insist on getting whooped don't see the emblem on the hood. Or sadder still don't know what "3.8" or "SFI" or "TURBO" means.

I left all badges and emblems off after my repaint.
It gives the car a stealthy appearance and makes people
ask what kind of car it is.

I personally would keep them on....as some would say that taking (leaving) your badges off is a ricer sort of thing to do....but wanting the sleeper look is understandable...at a minimum i would keep your GN or T emblems...For me thats a pride thing.

I left mine off but have the GN emblems on the fenders and trunk lid.I like the way the hood looks with out them!

Buick emblem in the grill and a turbo under the hood that would suck the emblems off any ricer in my neighborhood

Not much paint but I have all the proper emblems.

Keep them on the car.

I replaced mine after the repaint, but got rid of the side molding.

I'm ditching the badges on the repaint. even with them people still think it's a monte, so it's not like they're helping anyone who doesn't already know what it is. The people that know to look for a hood buldge will still get the tipoff, but it won't have the GN name on it anymore.

Everything is off except the trunk badge....so they can know what beat them

took off the hood badges. left the rest.

On my GN, I prefer the stock exterior, so I bought all new badges for it when I had it repainted.

I have one mounted on my computer desks hutch. I also made the power 6 badge into a keychain.

IMHO, taking any sort of badge/label off would be the opposite of a ricer sort of thing. In my mind, a ricer adds (not removes) visual items.

I took the emblems off the hood bulge & fenders, still have "T type" on the front grill & 3.8... & Buick on the trunk. IMHO, I think it looks better w/o the emblems on the hood. JMO...
