G GNeric Senior member Joined Jul 26, 2003 Mar 26, 2012 #3 No "shock absorption" for 4th. I have actually seen some cars blow the back window out when 4th applies after lockup has occured and I would either use the spring from CK's kit or an accumulator spring from a 727 for some cushion.
