Here we go, Below is the first e-mail from Tony after someone called him about this thread.

Regardless, a friend of mine called me at home, at 12:15am, and told me of
the threats and subsequent instigated bashing initiated by you on the
turbobuick.com forum. I am holding you personally responsible for the
personal threats that you made to me personally, my company well as all
threats that have been at my family as a result of your posting, your
instigating an subsequent postings and instigating. I can take some
Internet bashing, however you've gone way beyond the limits and I am filing
a criminal complaint and filing charges tomorrow and I don't care how much
it costs. My family is more important to me than anything and I have zero
tolerance for anyone that threatens or instigates threatening their well being.

Of course this is a complete mess. First of all, you didnt have UPS come and pick up the item until 7:30pm last night. Is that because you finally read your email and saw that Ebay, Paypal and SquareTrade emailed you about a dispute? Or that you saw my feedback on Ebay? Which one was it. So of course if you checked "2 minutes ago" (since you typed your email to me at 1:40AM) it would be in the system.

Also, when anyone wins an auction, goods should be shipped out ASAP after payment is made. We won the auction on 12/6/02. Payment was made on 12/9/02. You stated fans should take a couple days. Okay, well a "couple" days mean 2-3 days in my book. If auction was won on the 6th---fans should have been there by the 9th or 10th. I'll even give you until the 12th!!! Then Mike states that item is being sent on 19th----after which I typed to you "I hope you sent it because its a xmas gift". Now why would I HAVE to write you that its a xmas gift??? If you sent your stuff out in a timely matter it would have been received on time for xmas. It wasnt even here for his birthday which was the 30th.

Of course Im going to be pissed. If CAS has shipped express freight before, you RECEIVED my email 6 days BEFORE xmas KNOWING it was a xmas gift. So I find you saying that a cop out.

Now you are saying that you didnt receive the fans for the radiator until the 26th. WELL, according to Mike--the item was packed and had a UPS label on it on the 19th---so you tell me who has lied here. Dont you think since you are an owner/operator of a business that you would at least have the decency to EMAIL or call someone to let them know status of such? Of all the emails I sent you, YOU finally emailed me back last night. Also, cant call you because your voice mail box is too full to accept any new voice messages. Unbelievable.

You know, I ordered this part from you because my husband just "loved it". I've read on the board that you make "the best" stuff. And I wanted to get him "the best". I've also read posts on how there is no customer service whatsoever at CAS but I guess I was hoping that if I won an auction, I would have my merchandise in a timely manner. Obviously that did not happen.

Now in regards to signing a criminal complaint----on what grounds Tony? Me or my husband have NEVER threatened you or your family. First of all your family has nothing to do with your lousy business deals--its you that has to live with the disgruntled people that you have beat. The only thing I recall my husband typing was "what should I do, fly there"? So please fill me in on what threats or what threatened their well being. You can spin this all around however you want. The bottom line is, you are WRONG. You should have shipped item ASAP after payment was received. Its a real shame too because again, you are supposed to have "the best" stuff. Just think if your customer service was as impeccable as your parts? Wow, wouldnt you be sitting pretty. I think the only thing that would threathen your family's well being is the loss of revenue you'd be bringing into your household. I've been in business' myself and the number one rule of owning a business is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without that, you have nothing.

I will await your response. I have all copies of emails that have transpired throughout this whole deal so I am not worried. We are a family too--and my family is the most important thing to me also, maybe thats why I was so upset over this? But again NO ONE in my family EVER threatened you or your family. I'd like to see where that is stated.

So here we are e-bay auction was paid on 12-9-02. Almost a month later and i get a radiator with no fans that i paid for. :mad: :mad: You can clearly see that Tony tried to use this as an excuse, if you read his e-mail he stated a few days for fans. Well 1 month later and no fans. This just really sucks:mad: Tony i know you and some other people you know are watching this thread, and you wonder why? You have lied to my wife when all she was trying to do was surprise me, you have lied to me and you have lied to the Buick community. You have taken money and not fulfilled a business deal. You are no better than a thief!!!!!


I better receive my fans by Friday the 10th !!! enough with your bull**** excuses, no fans send me my $75.00 or the next correspondence will be from my attorney and the Feds.
 
What a little girl, Tony that is and if you ever saw him I bet your wife could take him:D I agree this is total crap and I'm glad I got my IC and never have to deal with this guy again. Hope you get the fans in the next few months.

I've removed their link from the "recommended" vendor list on my web page. I like my intercooler, but I can't refer people there anymore after reading this. :(

We have to respect the board, this is a hot button and certain actions may come out of this on me. If someone wants to vent e-mail me directly. PLEASE

I do not want this to spiral out of control. I just want my Damm Fans i paid for and the lying to stop.

Im just glad its all out in the open how Buick people are treated by CAS:cool:
But first:
I just got off the phone with a guy that bought a stage motor from me. He has been waiting for months for his fans and valve covers from CAS. This was another ebay sale($800 for just the rad) but he has never gave him bad feedback . You have to wonder how many more there is from just ebay:confused:
 
To answer some of your questions / comments. We sell his products now. We place and order and when they come in which is ususlly around 4 months we post that they are here and sell them in one or two days. We reorder usually the day wait 4 or 5 months they come in and we do it again. We could sell 10 times what we sell now but usually can't get product. He complanins that the Buick market is small for him but that is his own doing, I do not think he sees that. Tony is at times VERY hard to communicate
Do you really think Jack Cotton wanted to take on a project of making ICs. Jack bleeds TURBOBUICK BLOOD thats why he did it.I personally hated to see bowling green go down(many Good Products) or any vender for that matter.However like was said its customer service and the strong will survive.Good luck to all involved and this thread .It may have more exposure than any other of record 7500 observers right now.I wouldnt want that on my shoulders .I have Tonys productson my GN and love them. Met him many times he is as Mike said a very smart and nice guy.I read this earlier tonight and told my wife I wished you would hurry and get home to see if you received everything.DO I LIVE A BORING LIFE OR WHAT? my apologies to jason.becuase of my feelings for my friends welfare in this situation i let my anger cloud my respect for this board, members, and its administrators.im just the type of person that speaks my mind.sometimes it can hurt others.im an upstanding person and expect the same from everyone else.including biusnesses like CAS.

it's bad enough that it took as long as it did to ship the radiator, but here he clearly states that the reason why it took as long as it did to ship was because he had to wait for the fans before he could ship the radiator. now what is absolutely mind-boggling is that he still shipped the radiator without the fans! i dont recall reading in his email why he didnt install them? i dont get this guy.
 
Well..... since this thread started I had planned on getting new pipes for the V2. Seeing how this has gone I can't take that chance of it not happening in Feb. as planned so I sold the IC last night. My #1 vendor Jack Cotton will be getting the business today. Maybe over time we can phase CAS totally unless they do an about face.
 
Well, if you read the thread, and looked at the auction, you would see that the fans are NOT included with the auction, but can be included for $80. His wife did pay the extra $80 for the fans.

Maybe I can help. Bitch-in-GN call me (or Kevin) at 888 293 7267 and we will ship you a Ramchargers Dual fan and GN adaptor harness no charge. You will have to do some small mods to install it but there are directions on the site here do a search. Just call me with or e-mail me your shipping address and it will be on the way. This is too much for anyone hell MY blood pressure is on the rise I can't imagine what yours is. Merry Christmas
