Window motor replacement

Maybe a few stupid questions, I marked the one spot going by other post I read. Also is this bracket on correctly in the below pic, If it is I guess this will make it easier to find the other two bolts. I want to drill the holes out as previously posted in threads.

If it’s the original motor, and I am looking at your arrow correctly, you have to drill out the 3 rivets, they are holding the motor on, I just replace them with 10mm nuts and bolts, rivers are a pain in the ass to work with unless you have a pneumatic rivet gun
 
The window motor is bolted on, and not riveted.

I cannot view the pics above, but you guys are doing a window motor change the hard way if you plan to remove regulator and other pieces?

Motor is in. Drilled three holes, put the window all the way down. And removed and I sit he new motor. Had to drill and tap the hole on the new bracket supplied with the new motor.
