Winner reneged on Ebay. What should I do?

Reality you leave him negative he does the same. Just send it to e-bay as a non paying bidder. That way you get your $ back.
doesnt allways work that way. ebay is gay. one guy gave me negative feedback he said he bought a stolen phone from me but that wasnt true the phone just didnt work with his cell service. i called ebay and they said to bad since i couldnt prove it. so now i have a negative feedback from this dick head and now he is no longer a registered user.

You suck it up, accept there are prix in the world and relist it.
DONT leave negative feedback as that'll just get you negative in retaliation even though it's not your fault.
Sounds like ebay is as bad as Carfax. They told me the same thing, "sorry, since you can't prove that your odometer hasn't been tampered with the verbage stays...."
I would leave neg. feedback since he deserves it. Anyone that is worried about your neg. feedback will read it and see what happened if he leaves you neg. feedback. Almost everyone on Ebay knows how the feedback system sucks so they shouldn't be worried about buying from you if they read it. I know I wouldn't be.
I would also leave him negative. As far as E-bay they seem to do nothing as far as a dispute goes. I ordered some seats awhile back and never received the backs. E-bay never even contacted me, although I sent them quite a few inquiries. I do have to admit this was the first time I was burnt on E-bay though.
