is there a way to wire the fan for high speed instead or low from the ecm, or put a lower high speed temp switch? and or upgraded relay part nos?

or maybe wire it so that when the ac is on the high comes on with it?
 
incase you don't know, the resister is mounted directly on the fan. just connect a wire to both ends that way the fan will get 12V.

instead of low it turns high? Im not too keen on my wiring skills

exactly.

When the ecm commands the low speed fan, it trigers a relay that gives 12 volts to the fan. There is a resister in that wire, it is located on the fan, it is recantagular cube shaped. That resister causes the fan to have has less than 12 volts.

When you jumper it out, then the fan will be exposed to the full 12 volts.

With that setup now when the ecm commands low speed, you will get high speed, plus you will still have the backup, of the temperature switch on the manifold, that normally trigered the high speed function. Those two circuits have seperate relays, and seperate wires all the way to the fan.
 
The high fan should already come on when the AC comes on. A pressure switch turns it on. No special wiring should be needed. If your fan does not come on high with AC, then something else is wrong with that circuit. This is critical for your AC system.
 
The low speed fan comes on first with A/C operation.

If the high side pressure goes up enough then the high speed fan kicks in with A/C.
 
Don't bother making a jumper, just move one wire over to the other's mounting post and joila.
