Won $300,000 in a drawing!!! yea right

Hey just wanted to put the word out, I got a letter on friday saying I won $300,000. and they included a check for about 5 grand to "cover the taxes". Needless to say it was bogus, before trying to deposit the check I looked them up and turns out it is a scam that has been going around for a while. Anyway just wanted to make sure no one else gets in trouble. Because if you do go to deposit the cash you are held responsible for the bogus check. The name of the company was "Management Assesment Corporation." and it was the "North American Prize Patrol."

i work for the post office & see crap like this everyday of the week. when something like that comes to your house and its not CERTIFIED (important) or REGISTERED (valuable) , its 100 % b.s. .
