Got up early to go on Lex and Terrys ride today in Jax. Drank a couple beers...got home drank some more by the pool...passed out...wife trying to wake me up to get my SS# so she can order the fight!!!

With all the flap from Mayweather I expected to see something spectacular.

He was dull and Oscar was the aggressor the entire fight. Punch stat showed MW busier though.

IMO Mayweather did not do near enough to decisively take a belt from a Champion.

I am honestly shocked, I though the Golden Boy would pull it off

Its amazing how I always disagree with the way Jim Lampley calls a fight. Its almost like he observes the action in the ring then describes the exact opposite of what is really going on. He gets caught up as a fan when he is supposed to just report the action. Oscar was clearly out classed as a boxer in this fight. He attempted to bully Floyd and steal rounds with a highly inaccurate flurry of slaps that would get the "pro-Oscar" crowd in a frenzy. The sad thing is that one of the judges bought into that BS, and scored it heavily in favor of Oscar . Ive said it before that if a so called judge can be so far off in a match of such importance than he should not be allowed to ever judge a fight again. The credibility of boxing will always be suspect until action is taken on judges like that. By the way Oscar is in no way a loser, cuz he clearly has a super hot wife .

Jr wins over Goldenboy

Everyone at work thought I was Loco to bet on Mayweather. But come tomorrow they'll be handing over the cash. They thought the pretty boy was goin to knock him out. All Mayweather had to do is go over tapes of Mosley beating Dela Hoya. DelaHoya was so busy(impatience) at times being the aggressor that he left his game plan which opened him up for Mayweather to counter and score. This time I went with the brother rather then the cuz.:biggrin:
