I agree with you guys but you might be jumping the gun. It wouldn't suprise me that later down the road he will win an appeal for a new trial due to the problems with the jury. It wasn't a very wrapped and tight jury pool to begin with. But he "will" get that A$$ pounding in the mean time !!
