Im looking to buy a good used or fresh 109 shortblock. Im looking for something that I can bolt all my parts too and run. Im not looking to spend an arm or a leg but will spend some cash if the right deal comes along. Let me know what you guys got. Thanks

109 block
polished lifter valley
.020" JE pistons/lightweight JE pins
Total Seal file fit rings
stock rods with polished beams and ARP bolts
GN crank .020/.020
Clevitte 77 main/rod bearings/new cam bearings
billet 2/3 main caps with ARP studs
* no cam, also needs rear freeze plug as this still allows you to go roller cam or flat tappet.
includes oil pan, oil pickup, harmonic balancer + bolt
$2200 plus shipping

Clearances/specs are from Gene Fleury (aka Geno) on the boards with a 9 second stock block GN. S&S Automotive in San Leandro, CA machined the block/balanced everything and have been working on racing engines for nearly 40 years. Search Rick Santos (NHRA racer). They have built lots of GN engines and Stage 1 and 2 stuff.

gnx7@hotmail.com for pics

I am into LS1's now and no longer need this 700hp+ capable shortblock.

Freshened stock rebuilt 6109 block with only 800 breakin miles- ran perfect-putting new billet capped motor in now so original block is up for sale. looking for $1700. I also have two new cams and lifters available if you want to upgrade them-a 204/214 and a 208/224. And also have new springs for them.
